TheTête à tête building is a large apartment building with a commercial ground floor, communal terraces outside and private terraces on the roof in the city centre. Instead of promoting specific architectural solutions, the marketing campaign is focused on displaying a lifestyle. This picture set was created for the opening campaign, which started the sales process.
The customer has put a lot of thought into the entrance planning since the lobby is the first thing that the residents see when stepping into the building. It was designed separately by a design buro. The bold arch is aimed at helping the facade stand out from the general composition. In a separate image, we wanted to disclose how the commercial part of the complex with its restaurants and shops functions with the narrow pedestrian alley. The terrace view shows the coziness in contrast with the old industrial part of the city, and the interior view demonstrates the most contemporary, premium apartment design.
